vicky Summers-long

Vicky Summers-Long grew up in Fairmont, WV. She is a graduate of East Fairmont High School as well as Southeastern Southern College in  Florida. Vicky has earned many certifications over the years and will bring a wealth of administrative knowledge here at Aspire. Most recently she served NCWVCAA as there Head Start Program Support, overseeing county staff needs, purchasing, maintaining confidential files/records, and billing and supporting children and families. Vicky looks forward to keeping an open communication with staff and clients and acting as a liaison in the coordination of client services and the various programs that Aspire Center Services, INC. offers.
